Custom-Made Products:

Custom-made wallpaper and wall mural orders over 5m² are made to your selected size and are not returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly made.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us before installation with your order number and clear photos. After review, we may provide a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the issue.

Our Guarantee Includes:

Perfect Alignment: Your mural will align perfectly with a tolerance of ±0.5 millimetres.

Easy Adhesion: Peel & stick application will adhere seamlessly to your walls.

No Print Defects: Every design is printed to the highest standard.

Accurate Dimensions: Your mural will match the dimensions you ordered, plus an additional +5 cm (2") on each edge for trimming.

If your mural doesn’t meet these criteria, we will replace it at no extra cost.
